Proskillz Baseball: Learn From the Pros!
Welcome to Proskillz Baseball Proskillz Baseball Instruction: is done by professional instructors Jim Dixon and D.J. Dixon. This father and son team provides professional instruction for San Diego County.
Proskillz Baseball does private one on one instruction for any level player. Individual attention is used to improve a players mechanics. Instruction from a professional baseball player will teach an individual the proper mechanics in hitting, pitching, fielding and catching. If a player does not receive instruction from a professional, that player is subject to improper mechanics, that could lead to injuries. Improper mechanics can also limit a players opportunity at the high school, college or professional level. College coaches and professional scouts look for players that use proper mechanics in all facets of the game. If a player has bad mechanics he will not be tracked or recruited by colleges or Major League Organizations. Improper mechanics are very hard to break and can take 1,000 or more repetitions to fix the problem. In using professional instruction, a player can apply good techniques and mechanics to break bad habits, and maintain proper balance and athleticism.
